How many people work at JayTuut Industries?

Just one, I am a 23 year old from Sydney trying to make a living and make people's day with products they may not normally get to buy in Australia. I love to see new innovations and tech and broaden its audience to new people to make their lives easier!

 

How long has your shop been open?

I've been working on it since November 2021, but only opened mid-day 15/01/22! So it is new and ever-expanding and being upgraded and tinkered with :)

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to Australia (of course), New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia China, USA and Canada!

Why order from you?

I have competitive pricing with competitors and offer very generous discounts, especially if you are buying in bulk, so if there was anything you did want to buy in bulk for a cheaper price let me know! I also know the market of the items I'm selling as I only sell items I enjoy and recommend myself, or have worked on the design myself. I am also happy to tell you more about products and communicate with you actively!

 

Is there warranty on my purchase?

For some items yes, specifically branded ones will have warranty from the manufacturers, e.g. Logitech, Lapop, Onikuma etc. Our JayTuut mechanical keyboards come with 2 years warranty, and this is the same as our other products from known manufacturers. If you have any questions, whether there is warranty or not on the specific product you are interested in, please ask!

What about returns?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase, as long as they are unopened and unused, the exact condition they were sent in. If it is a different type of return (damaged, faulty, etc) please contact us and we will sort that out seperately. You will need to pay for the return shipping.
